MoonDance is taking two solar ovens to Guinea as a pilot project. If successful, Matoto will endeavour to send more ovens.

Micro-Credit

Another area of interest for Matoto is micro-credit. More here soon as our Micro-Credit Standing Committee is formed.

Kubian School Project

We have nearly met our goal of $6000 for the completion of the school! Thank you to all who gave - your generosity is appreciated.

The first $1500 has been received in Guinea, and Gigla purchased necessary supplies for the Village. They plan on having the foundation in place by the time we arrive.



AbunDANCE dance-a-thon was an amazing success!

A huge thank you to all the dancers, drummers, supporters, and donors.
We raised over $2400!!

And to help us realise our long-term goals of sustaining the School, XE.com has offerred significant funding!

The booksale was also very successful, coming in at $245!
